About Karmello

The chocolate adventure began in the city of Bruges, Belgium. A charming little town with winding streets, where you can discover marvelous and unique chocolate manufacturers. Small workshops, big tasting adventures. They give you the gift of life and a twinkle in the eyes. These experiences became an inspiration for the founders of Karmello. The brand became known for its range of luxury chocolates and high-quality cocoa.
Ingo Wullaert is a Belgian chocolate master who has been delighting the world with his unique and delicious flavours for over two decades. after learning his trade in several local bakeries and pastry shops in Bruges, he moved to the USA and set up his own bakery and chocolate shop. Since 2010, the master chocolatier lives in Poland, and co-creates Karmello chocolate. In his opinion, chocolate is a passion that requires fine ingredients, craftsmanship, refined flavors, a delicate base of perfect quality (Belgian chocolate), innovation, creativity, and a sprinkle of magic. His approach to composing flavours surprises with unique combinations, and his pralines look like small works of art.
