If you want to impress your friends, you can use this delicacy to prepare a Honeycomb Whisky Mokka, a fantastic coffee and whiskey drink. The effect is guaranteed.
Ingredients: (1) 3-4 pieces of this delicious honeycomb, (2) 1 cup of liquid cream, (3) 1 cup of milk, (4) 1 cup of ready-made espresso, (5) 50 ml of whiskey, (5) whipped cream for decoration and (6) another 2 pieces of this delicious honeycomb, roughly crushed for effect.
Preparation: melt the cream and the 3-4 pieces of honeycomb over low heat, then add the milk and coffee. Let the mixture cool, then add the whiskey. Pour into glasses and decorate with whipped cream and, finally, the pieces of crushed honeycomb, for a truly Scottish visual result.
